These terms cover your use of thecigarvaultnj.com and anything you buy from us. The Cigar Vault is operated by Frisky Cigars NJ LLC. When you use this site or place an order, you’re agreeing to what’s below. If you don’t agree with something here, please don’t use the site or order from us.
Everything we sell is a tobacco product or a tobacco accessory, and we only sell to adults. You must be at least 21 years old to buy from us or use this site. Placing an order is your confirmation that you’re 21 or older. The age prompt on this site is a self-confirmation, not proof of age — your age is verified at delivery, where an adult 21 or older must show valid government-issued photo ID and sign for the package. We can refuse or cancel any order at any point — before checkout, after checkout, or before it ships — if we believe it would violate age law. See our Shipping Policy for how delivery works.
Cigars are natural and hand-made. Wrapper color, veins, and construction vary from one cigar to the next, even within the same brand, line, and box. Our photos and descriptions are there to help you choose, not to promise that every cigar looks identical. That natural variation is normal, and it’s part of what you’re buying when you buy premium tobacco.
All prices are in US dollars. New Jersey tobacco taxes are already built into the shelf price you see — we don’t add a separate tobacco tax at checkout. We work to keep prices and product details correct, but mistakes happen. If we find an error in a price or a description, we can correct it, and we can cancel any order placed at the wrong price. If we cancel an order you’ve already paid for, we refund you in full.
When you place an order, you’ll get an automatic email confirming we received it. That confirmation is not our acceptance of the order — it only means the order reached us. We accept your order when we ship it, and that’s when the sale is made. Until we ship, we can cancel all or part of an order for any reason, including stock issues, pricing errors, or age concerns. If we cancel, we refund anything you were charged for the cancelled items.
Our inventory is limited and moves quickly. If something you ordered has sold out, we’ll cancel that item and refund it. If only part of your order is affected, we’ll ship what we can and let you know.
Key Keepers is our monthly cigar club. When you join, you authorize a recurring monthly charge to your payment method. You’re billed on the same day each month, and your membership continues until you cancel it.
You can cancel any time. Email Thecigarvaultnj@gmail.com or call (973) 333-7475 at least three business days before your next billing date, and you won’t be charged for the following month. We confirm every cancellation by email — if you don’t get a confirmation from us, your cancellation hasn’t been processed, so call us if you haven’t heard back. We don’t refund partial months once a month has been billed.
Because the club is built around specific cigars, if a selection we planned isn’t available we may substitute a comparable cigar of equal or greater value. Your card statement will show THE CIGAR VAULT.
The name The Cigar Vault, our logo, our photography, and the writing on this site belong to us. Please don’t copy, reuse, or republish them without our written permission.
We do our best to describe our products and run this site accurately, but we provide the site and everything on it as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, The Cigar Vault and Frisky Cigars NJ LLC are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing here limits any right you have that can’t be limited under New Jersey law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
We may update these terms as our business changes or the law does. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site or ordering from us after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
